From ''heels to trainers'', combining the wealth of experience across industries the most important SKILL I bring to personal trainer's role is customer centred approach - YOUR goal becomes my goal. Specialising in female fitness was no brainer for me. Just as I ditched ''heels & pencil skirt'' I ditched HIIT and any high impact exercise activities and started enjoying smarter ways of training. Organically over the years having trained many female bodies, I have develop a great deal of understanding and created a well received SAVVY method of female training programming.

According to National Health Service department every one of us should resistance train twice per week. My clients understand the benefits of consistent training and usually book 2 sessions per week ( 1:1 block of 5 or 8 sessions available)
